Located in Bellaire TX, Bentley Custom Homes proudly provides new custom homes to the greater Houston community. Founded in 1994 by Menny Rosenbaum, who began his career with a degree in Visual Arts and Design. He later went on to study construction management and received a prestigious designation of Real Property Administrator (RPA) from the Building Owners and Managers Institute, and served on the Post Harvey Bellaire Drainage Advisory Task Force in 2018.
In January of 2011, Philip Robbins, formerly of Levitt & Robbins Custom Homes joined the team. Philip earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics from the University of Texas. In 2001, he received the Bellaire Citizen of the Year Award, and served on the Bellaire Drainage Citizens Advisory Task Force in 2003. Philip showed his dedication to his community by building the 1996 ASID Designer Showhouse benefiting the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation and Sunshine Kids of Houston. Building the 75th Year Anniversary Home of the 90’s for the AIA Home Tour in 1999, renovating the Bellaire Trolley Pavilion in 2000, and building the Bellaire High School Baseball/Softball Locker Room Facility.
